Races2U sets up activations in many of the premier event destinations around the country. Whether we’re at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center in downtown Dallas, the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine or the Stockyards in Fort Worth, we’ve got you covered.

Convention Centers

Forklifts, palette jacks, loading docks, expensive labor costs… Races2U doesn’t need any of that for most of our activations! We know the systems and how to save you time and money when you are setting up at Kay Bailey Hutchison Center

We do so many events in the Dallas/Fort Worth area it’s too many to list. From Car shows to trade shows, we have something going on in DFW almost every week of the year. However, we can say some of our favorite venues there are Texas Motor Speedway and the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine.

Dallas is well known for the Cowboys, and not just the football team! It may be the most Texan city in Texas! While your team is here, we hope you will take some time to enjoy some Texas hospitality. And of course, dine in one of the many fine steakhouses Dallas is known for.
