Races2U sets up activations in many of the premier event destinations around the country. Whether we’re at a big hotel in downtown Austin or at a small venue off the 6th Street, we’ve got you covered.
Forklifts, palette jacks, loading docks, expensive labor costs… Races2U doesn’t need any of that for most of our activations! We know the systems and how to save you time and money when you are setting up at JW Marriott or other venues.
Our professional team of brand ambassadors will seamlessly integrate with yours, and we frequently stay in the same hotels to get to know your staff and your business better. We also have local experience in Austin and can help you navigate the city.
Austin has been well known for live music. While your team is here, we hope you will take some time to see some local bands on 6th Street or at the famous Continental Club. It is also home to Circuit of the Americas, a dedicated Formula 1 track. And of course, sample some local Texas BBQ at Franklins.
