It was a great turnout for our first monthly cruise-in. A tremendous Thank you to all the cars and car clubs that showed up. We had a very diverse and eclectic gathering from across the spectrum- old and new, foreign and domestic. Even a Toronado with a 455 big block. Pretty rare to see a front wheel drive muscle car from that era. A special Thanks to Jeff Draper of Texas Thunder Chevy Muscle Car Club and his group, who had quite a few beautiful old muscle cars turn up. Also thanks to Austin Area Stangs for the few Mustangs that showed up, Austin F-Body for the Camaros and Firebird, and the Longhorn Corvette Club for all the beautiful ‘Vettes. We also had some nice foreign vehicles, including a couple of Acura tuners, some Mini Coopers, and a few others. Next month we’ll do it earlier 8:30am to noon, to avoid the July heat, and we’ll have breakfast and plenty of fluids on hand.
