Grid Girls

Grid Girls (also known as Paddock Girls, Umbrella Girls, or Race Queens) have been a part of racing since the 1960’s. In “real” racing, Grid Girls perform various functions such as keeping drivers shaded with umbrellas while they are in their cars on the grid, holding placard signs to show where a driver’s pit stall is, and of course, promotion of a particular driver and sponsors. At Races2U, we have been fortunate to have worked with many Grid Girls who are not only beautiful, but smart and fun, too. At Races2U, the grid girls primary jobs are to train drivers how to race, keep cars on the track, and of course, promote the Races2U brand. These women can hold their own on a slot car track, and some can even turn a wrench as well as turn heads.  While enjoying the pictures of these lovely ladies, don’t let their good looks fool you- they can probably drive circles around you!

Have you had your picture taken with these beautiful women, and don’t see it here?  Check out our Facebook galleries or Blog pages for many more photos and videos.  Have a picture you’d like to share with us?  Races2U is all over social media- find and tag us on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Digg, Yelp!, and more.
